During surgery hours, if you have an emergency or are in severe pain we guarantee you will be seen the same day you contact the surgery. In the event of an out of hours emergency, either after surgery or during weekends, please telephone the number listed above and follow the instructions given on the answer machine. Your call will be returned within hours by the dentist on duty and if necessary arrangements will be made to open surgery to accommodate emergency treatment. Due to a rota system this may not be your own dentist or practice. Patients on the Denplan scheme can either follow the above instructions or contact Denplan directly. |
